James will be adjudicating the Freda Parry Scholarship For Singers in Southend On Sea in September 2015

The competition for this Scholarship, maximum value £1000, is held annually for candidates under 29 years, resident within 15 miles of the centre of Southend on Sea, and undertaking a course of advanced singing study at a recognised school or college.
